Comparison to other solutions on the market

Architecturally, the new SAP NetWeaver Gateway comes closest to the EPO XML Connector (also an ABAP add-on). The EPO XML Connector however is made to be the solution for all integration requirements with SAP solutions and covers a broad spectrum.
